As an evaluator of a student's writing skills, please fill out this form after reading the student's paper. If all evaluators are unanimously in favor, the student passes. If the writing is not reaching the level of quality expected, provide feedback instead of filling this form, and the student tries again. Focus your evaluation on the paper's presentation, not on its technical contents. Most questions ask for both a few sentences of comments/suggestions and a grade. Suggestions are important for feedback to the student!

Everyone is identified by their andrewID. Look up an andrewID โ€” or who a student's advisors are โ€” in the CMU directory.
